We collect your name, billing address, email address, comments and your phone number if you schedule a consultation session. We collect this information to:
- complete products and services you order
- communicate with you regarding your consultation appointment
- answer your request we receive from our contact us page form
- improve our content and services from the comments your leave on our blog
- add you to our email list to send you correspondence
When you visit our website some information is automatically collected such as your IP address, kind of browser, the pages of your website you visit and the time spent on these pages.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We collect the information you submit on our contact forms to respond to visitor’s inquiry. We use the information to improve our services and content on our website to be communicate clearly with visitors.

- Acuity Scheduling: Our appointment schedule service stores your name, email and phone number. We use this service for our calendar appointments.
- PayPal: Our secure payment processing service.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. All emails we send give you the option to unsubscribe at any time from our MailChimp list.
